Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the RLO Custom Leather website and purchases made through the website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on this page.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or submit an order.
Products and made-to-order work
RLO Custom Leather makes leather products to order based on the selections submitted with each purchase. Products are not stocked in every possible combination because customers may select different firearm models, leather colors, stitching, hardware, ammo loops, sling styles, handedness, and related options.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided to help customers understand the item being offered. The appearance of leather, stitching, hardware, and color may vary slightly because of material characteristics, selected options, lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product, selected options, billing information, shipping information, and order total before submitting payment.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping charges may change. The amount displayed and accepted during checkout is the amount associated with the submitted order, subject to correction of an obvious technical or pricing error.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers made available during checkout, including Stripe and PayPal. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
Shipping, delivery, and international orders
RLO products are currently listed as being made and shipped within approximately 5–7 days after an order is received. U.S. orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, which is generally listed as a 2–3 day transit service. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
International orders require a shipping quote and payment of the applicable shipping amount before the order can be completed.
Complete shipping details are available on the Shipping and Availability page.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility, condition requirements, return shipping responsibility, refund deductions, and the published return address are stated in the Return and Refund Policy.
The Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
Customer responsibilities and product use
Customers are responsible for selecting the product and options that match their firearm and intended use. RLO should be contacted before ordering whenever fit or compatibility is uncertain.
Customers are also responsible for the safe handling, storage, transport, and use of firearms and accessories, and for following all applicable laws, manufacturer instructions, and safety practices.

The website may also contain links, embeds, payment services, forms, or other features operated by third parties.
