]]> Our Henry Axe/Mare’s Leg Scabbard is designed for hands free transport of your Axe or Mare’s Leg. The firearm is carried like a pack in the middle of the back, but the long strap allows other carry options. Both hands are freed up for moving through brush, climbing a tree stand and carrying other items. It is made from top quality leather with a soft lining to help prevent wear on the finish. We have designed this for use with the Henry Axe or Henry Mare’s Leg and can’t be certain of fit for other styles. Cushioned shoulder pads, matching sling, lever wrap, forearm ammo holder, sling ammo holder are available options. Color choices are brown, tan or black leather. Hardware choices are black, brass or stainless steel. The sling strap and lever wrap shown in photos are not standard with this item, but can be purchased as an option. International orders will require a shipping quote and payment before completion.

This frees up both hands for moving through brush, climbing a tree stand and carrying other items. It is made from top quality leather with a soft lining to help prevent wear on the rifle’s finish and double stitched on the seam. There are four sizes available to fit the carbine length, full rifle length, 24″ barrels or the Henry Axe model. We have designed this for use with lever action rifles and can’t be certain of fit for other styles. It is not compatible if the rifle has optics attached. Cushioned shoulder pads are an option. Available in brown, tan or black leather. Hardware choices are black, brass or stainless steel. The sling strap ammo carrier shown in photos is not standard with this item, but can be purchased as an option. International orders will require a shipping quote and payment before completion.
